About the Role

As a Director of Data Engineering, you will take on a critical leadership role, guiding a sizable team through the migration of Tachyon SaaS platforms for multiple banks in the US. This multifaceted role demands a driven leader capable of modernizing essential banking products such as Payments, Cards, and Mobile Banking using our Zeta Tachyon technology.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Mastery: Achieve a deep understanding of the Tachyon platform, testing its capabilities to ensure a robust grasp of its functional and technical components.

Data Migration Leadership: Spearhead discussions and strategies for data migration, ensuring high standards in data transfer, reconciliation, and quality throughout the migration process.

Effective Program Management: Manage migration projects with precision, ensure protocol compliance, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders well-informed throughout the process.

Seamless Migration Execution: Guarantee a smooth transition during crucial cutover phases, collaborating closely with varied stakeholders.

Collaboration and Guidance: Work directly with product teams to analyze and enhance Tachyon's data architecture, identifying and addressing any discrepancies during migration.

Desired Skills

Applicants should have robust experience in data migrations, specifically within Credit portfolios, and demonstrate strong capabilities in client-facing roles. Exceptional skills in solution presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management are essential.

Experience and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of technology and delivery experience coupled with an Engineering undergraduate degree and a Graduate Business Degree (MBA or equivalent).
