Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our skilled team of data scientists and engineers to explore and implement AI use cases, staying ahead with the latest technological trends.
• Guide projects from concept through to production, ensuring the successful rollout of AI-based services across various domains.
• Contribute to building a robust AI and data infrastructure, championing FAIR data principles, open source technologies, and agile XOps practices.
• Maintain an expert understanding of emerging trends and technologies within the AI landscape.
• Share your knowledge and expertise to consistently enhance AI competency within our organization.

What We Look For:

• An academic background in (business) informatics, data science or a related field.
• Substantial professional experience with a strong grasp of existing AI technologies, frameworks, and models.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, modern language models, and embedding technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development specific to AI, including prevalent technologies and programming languages.
• A keen ability to recognize the complexities of developing AI solutions beyond basic script assembly.
• A foundational knowledge of data science and the distinctions between symbolic and sub-symbolic AI methodologies.
• An exceptional level of initiative and curiosity with a systematic, independent, and solution-driven approach to work.
• A genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated with new technological advancements.
