Role Overview

As an Engineering Manager, your role revolves around both technical prowess and effective people management within our infrastructure domain. You will lead diverse teams, overseeing multiple projects that feature escalating dependencies in dynamic and impactful environments. The position involves driving the roadmap from creation to execution, collaborating across various functions, and spearheading engineering initiatives that influence the organization at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and set precise goals for your teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to define and influence future strategies.
• Ensure excellent project deliverables in highly ambiguous and impactful areas.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS degree with 13-15 years of industry experience plus a minimum of 7 years in management, including prior experience managing other managers.
• Proven experience overseeing services and/or infrastructure sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Substantial experience supporting critical services.
• Expertise in real-time systems, distributed systems, and stream processing.
• Knowledge of machine learning technologies.
