Through our Executive Fast Track Program, within 12 months, you will rotate across various positions experiencing everything from technically complex products to challenging customer negotiations in the mobility industry.
AI and Machine Learning are crucial for the future competitiveness of our Software and Hardware, and excellent AI applications and scalable machine learning models are key to our future products, projects, and business success.
As a key expert for developing, monitoring, and maintaining Machine Learning models and the cloud infrastructure on a large scale, you will drive and challenge our organization regarding our Machine Learning infrastructure. Your passion for live data and the scaling potentials of machine learning models will enable you to drive our business to further success.
Being an expert in Data Operations for Machine Learning Applications, you will be developing, monitoring, and maintaining cloud environments, data lakes, processing pipelines, and infrastructure on a large scale. You have a track record in identifying and actualising scaling potentials. You will also coordinate closely with different roles in the organisation, like the Data Security Officer, to ensure compliance and data regulations. Designing process pipelines and developing quality criteria for enhanced ingestion processes will be part of your responsibility.
You will lead an innovative and technology-driven organisation through knowledge and expertise. Together with us, you will lay the foundation for your future as an executive manager, by advancing yours and other people's skills, influencing existing processes and achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals.
Work location: Greater Stuttgart area and abroad
- You can decide your starting date and the commencement of your permanent employment contract.
- You can actively design your program with up to 3 stations in different areas.
- You will enjoy getting to know Bosch during a station abroad.
- Supplement your practical experience with a variety of learning and training methods, for which you have an individual budget.

Qualifications
Personality: You have a passion for Machine Learning infrastructures. You enjoy inspiring other people. You believe that courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness are important attributes.
Background: In addition to your above-average master's or diploma degree in IT, Physics, or a comparable field, you have a proven track record in implementing data systems for Machine Learning in a cloud context, and experience in operating large cloud systems with a user and live data volume. You have strategically led and implemented scalable cloud systems, are familiar with all relevant cloud frameworks and have experience in supporting Machine Learning Operations.
Experience and know-how: You have 5-7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Cloud systems. You have experience in leading teams, a very good command of the English language and a B1/2 level of German.
