Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic implementation of new data strategies within the FinTech program.
• Manage both structured and unstructured data, preparing it for insightful analysis.
• Develop and maintain advanced FinTech data architectures, software, and model libraries.
• Design and execute innovative analytical processes using big data technologies.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover new insights in the investment field.
• Enhance data preparation, normalization processes, and feature engineering practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging financial technologies and data science advancements.
• Cultivate strong relationships across Vanguard, anticipating and fulfilling the needs of researchers, traders, and portfolio managers.

Who We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone with at least three years of experience in a technical or financial role, possesses a strong educational background in a quantitative field, and is passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of experience in a technical or financial capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
