Role Overview: Fundamental Research Scientist - Generative AI Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- PhD in areas such as computer vision, machine learning, NLP, or applied statistics.
- Proven background in software development and running complex experiments in large AI models and datasets.
- Robust experience in academic or industrial AI research settings, with a focus on leadership.
- Eligibility to work in the hiring country at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in generative AI, computer vision, and multimodal research.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in academic, industry, or governmental labs.
- Authorship of peer-reviewed papers at prominent AI conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, EMNLP, ACL).
- Proficiency in Python and experience in leading original research in a team setting.

Compensation: $143,000/year to $208,000/year plus bonus, equity, and additional benefits. This role's base salary is augmented by comprehensive benefits those you can learn more about during the hiring process.
