Role Overview

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Client Management Strategy (CMS) team within the Global Market division, focusing on the Data Management Group (DMG). The DMG team oversees corporate access and sales interaction data, managing and submitting these interactions so clients can receive commission. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams across sales, trading, and technology, driving process improvements and growth as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly capture Corporate Access services and Sales interactions in client portals, including key meeting details and involved parties, influencing broker vote rankings and commissions.
• Coordinate with Franchise Managers across divisions and clients to ensure data accuracy and consistency, acting as the primary contact for any discrepancies.
• Support senior leadership in various firm consumption analyses.
• Manage multiple vendor platforms, client portals, and dashboards for capturing client consumption data.
• Lead efforts to streamline the data capture process.
• Play a significant role in driving business-critical projects.
• Consistently seek to deepen knowledge of the Global Markets division, products, and offerings.
• Interact with Franchise Management teams across business units and regions, as well as teams within Federation and Producing divisions.
• Enhance understanding of securities structures, products, and global markets.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the market, business, and products with experience in multi-team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in data management and analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and flexible with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and coordinate with global colleagues.
• Ability to organize time and work independently.
