Purpose

The Global Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst at our Center of Excellence (COE) will develop processes and workflows for master data entry, supporting SAP Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance processes. The analyst will collaborate with business teams to ensure data adherence to global and regional standards and policies, and prioritize incoming requests for processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and refining processes and workflows for master data entry.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining Master Data Management solutions.
• Actively engaging with business units to identify opportunities.
• Supporting global IT projects that intersect with the MDM team's expertise.
• Leading the Global MDM Center of Excellence (COE) team.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or a related business field, or relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in master data maintenance.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems and a solid understanding of master data processes.
• Understanding of Customer, Material, Vendor, and Finance master data.
• Familiarity with business processes like order to cash, procure to pay, plan to produce, and finance processes.
• Exposure to MDM technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Innovative mindset with an ability to take initiative.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
