To be considered for this position, you must have completed your Mechanical, Civil, or Subsea Engineering degree by the end of 2024 or earlier.

About the Role

We seek a tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is resilient, versatile, and passionate about subsea engineering, holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a Masters in Subsea Engineering. Experience as a Professional Engineer is highly regarded.

Joining our team will allow you to contribute value and assist our engineers and project leads in delivering various project scopes. Internal training and mentoring will support your professional development, enabling you to apply advanced subsea and pipeline engineering solutions and project management within a technical framework.

Applicants must be Australian citizens, hold a Permanent Residency (PR) visa, or have a valid visa that allows them to work lawfully in Australia without restrictions.

As a successful member of the 2025 Graduate intake, you will be enrolled in Wood’s two-year Graduate Programme and assigned a buddy to support you throughout.

Key Attributes

  • Mechanical, Civil, or Subsea Engineering degree
  • Strong IT, software, and data interrogation skills
  • Coding experience (Python, VBA, others) and Machine Learning skills are advantageous
  • MS Power App, Power BI experience is advantageous
