Job Description
With CGG's Imaging team, you'll create 3D images of Earth's subsurface using seismic reflections. This will involve using mathematics and physics concepts such as Mathematical Inversion Algorithm, Computational Mathematics/Physics, Wave Equation, Signal Processing, and Physics Modelling. These will be deployed to provide our clients with seismic imaging solutions. Using state-of-the-art geoscience technology, software, and advanced computing applications, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality seismic images. These will enable our clients to derive maximum value from the data and make informed decisions to minimize exploration and development risk.
Qualifications
- A PhD or Masters in Physics, Mathematics, or any Engineering discipline
- Solid mathematics and problem-solving skills
