Create and implement policies for successful data management
Develop methods for reliable data gathering to ensure the adequacy, precision and validity of the data
Create and enforce efficient and safe processes for data handling and analysis with respect to all technical features
Set rules and processes for data exchange with high-level management, external stakeholders, etc.
Support others in the daily usage of data systems and guarantee compliance with legal and corporate standards
Help with reports and data retrieval when required
Monitor and analyze data and information systems and assess their performance to find ways to enhance them (e.g., introducing new technologies, performing upgrades, etc.)
Guarantee that digital databases and archives are secure from security attacks and data losses
Resolve data-related issues and authorize maintenance or changes.
What you need to succeed:
Demonstrated experience as a data manager
Outstanding understanding of data administration and management functions (e.g., collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
Familiar with contemporary database and information system technologies
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
An analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and cooperative skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
