  • Enhancing tools using existing skills.
  • Supporting the HR team in ongoing projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing analyses, reports, HR data sets, and presenting action recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
  • English language proficiency (minimum B2).
  • Independence and systematic work habits.
  • Higher education (preferred fields: mathematics, statistics, management, and production engineering).
  • Desire to grow in other HR-related aspects.
  • Knowledge of HR topics like recruitment, training, and development - highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Power BI - highly desirable.
  • Experience in the production industry in a similar role - highly desirable.
