Job Description

We're currently on the hunt for an Insight Analyst (m/f/x) who will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing the growth of our iGaming business unit.

Your playing field:

• Challenge your stakeholders. You will support the decision-makers of the iGaming team by providing data-based recommendations and serve as a discussion partner for robust debates.
• KPIs are everywhere. Our goal is to optimize targeting of players, which will involve monitoring KPIs and understanding and analyzing reasons for KPI development with the KPI owners.
• Cross-functional teams. To redefine new levels of excellence, you will assess CRM, VIP and Marketing campaigns and share insights with campaign owners across our cross-functional teams.
• Data is your friend. We trust data to make informed decisions. You'll design a consistent reporting suite for Gaming and provide ad-hoc reporting and forecasting models.
• Visualize. You will bring data to life by creating captivating data visualizations, dashboards, and infographics to aid your stakeholders in decision-making.
• Always be first. Being the market leader in Germany, you will be the first to identify trends in various areas such as Game performance, customer segment analysis, promotions, etc., and communicate your findings to relevant teams.

Qualifications

Skills you should bring to the table:

• Education. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or another relevant field.
• Experienced. You have valuable iGaming industry experience and at least two years' experience in a similar role.
• Technical skills. Your technical abilities include:
  • Understanding Data and Database (DWH) concepts
  • Knowledge on building and evaluating business cases
  • Understanding of Statistical Concepts (linear & logistic regression, cluster & cohort analysis)
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as DOMO and Tableau
• Data driven. You have a natural talent for structuring data to create informative reports
• Solution Oriented. You maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges and always seek the best solution.
• Eye for detail. You possess strong attention to detail and organize your workload methodically.
• Concise Communication. You have experience in succinctly presenting your findings to your stakeholders.

Additional Skills:

• Language Skills. You must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. German language skills would be advantageous.
