Join Our Team as an Integration Consultant

Workforce Optimizer Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Integration Consultant to enhance our technical team. This role is pivotal in developing integrations that bridge our Workforce Optimizer platform with prominent third-party software systems such as SAP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build data mappings and integrations using integration tools, Workforce Optimizer, and various third-party APIs.
• Support customizations and configurations for existing integrations.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, sales teams, software developers, and system architects to understand requirements, workflows, and validations, thereby delivering solutions tailored to business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
• Learn and implement new integration processes and methodologies to stay ahead in the field.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in integration technologies, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Proficiency in APIs, Web Services, ETL, and processing various data formats such as CSV files, flat files, JSON, XML, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and the ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Experience with SaaS architecture and proficient in at least one programming language (Java, LUA, C, C++, Python, Scala, or PHP).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining organization in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while supporting multiple clients concurrently.
