About the Role: Senior Data Analyst

Hello, this is Juliana Noberto from CI&T! We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Senior Data Analyst. You will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data collected from app and web platforms, generating insights to improve the beauty consultant experience and facilitating product decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all tracking implemented within App and Web environments are capturing data accurately and reliably.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor platform performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization areas in the beauty consultant journey.
• Assist in the democratization of data, providing support to the Squad so they can use information effectively in their analysis and decision-making processes.
• Maintain data governance, ensuring quality, security, and compliance with current implementations.

Requirements:

• Experience with audience measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Knowledge in data governance, including data collection, storage, processing, and ethical use practices.
• Experience in creating custom dashboards in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
• Familiarity with SQL language queries (e.g., Databricks, Redshift).
• Analytical ability with skills to transform data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with various data consumer audiences.
