General Description

We're looking for a skilled Mid-level Data Analyst with experience in strategic planning and deployment to support our client in organizing and democratizing data usage. The selected candidate will closely collaborate with business teams to understand their analysis needs and challenges, propose solutions, and monitor the implementation of these solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing dashboards, conducting hypothesis tests, and carrying out studies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and technical discoveries to understand clients, their ecosystems, and their challenges.
• Support the engineering team by providing necessary information for analysis work.
• Help in defining business rules and expanding them across the organization.
• Create documentation like data dictionaries to guide and democratize analytical work.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor key indicators, generate insights, and enable agile decision-making.
• Perform hypothesis tests to optimize user experiences.
• Create studies based on data and strategic movements of the company.
• Communicate insights and findings from dashboard analysis, test results, and other relevant studies.
• Interact daily with stakeholders to support them in prioritizing demands and strategic decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest analytics trends and continually seek opportunities to enhance the team's analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand their analysis needs and provide information.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with Big Query and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to support various teams.

Desirable Qualities

• Prior experience in strategic planning and deployment in data analysis contexts.
• Familiarity with frameworks supporting business discoveries.
