About the Role

Hi There, this is Tamara from CI&T! We are looking for a Senior Data Developer based in Brazil to join our dynamic team. As a Data Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions on the Azure Cloud platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, design data pipelines, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and ETL processes on the Azure Cloud platform.
• Implement real-time data streaming solutions using Azure Event Hubs/Kafka for ingestion and processing of large volumes of data.
• Utilize Azure Databricks for data engineering and analytics tasks, including data exploration, feature engineering, and model training.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Implement data governance and security best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and systems, identifying and resolving performance issues and bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud technologies and data engineering best practices, continuously improving our data infrastructure and processes.
