Job Description About the Job The Jr. Data Analyst ensures high-quality programming and/or data processing, thereby enabling the completion of operational objectives in line with budget, schedule, and quality assurance based on global standard operating procedures. This role is within the Set Up and Delivery (SUD) team, who sometimes work on multi-country and complex deliverables. The candidate will participate in effective collaboration across multiple functions partnering on project execution to meet client commitments. Responsibilities: - Perform data preparation processes in accordance with the data formats, including data cleaning. - Execute survey programming, checks, and/or completes the writing and checking process for projects. - Perform data validation processes for assigned projects and deliver clean data reports. - Engage in system analysis and design for automation solutions and other process improvements. - Partner with E2E Project Managers and/or Commercial to address issues in data processing or outputs. - Provide necessary program analysis and design to meet client expectations for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to business standards. - Plan work to produce error-free data using the appropriate software and technical features within the required timelines. - Apply data weighting and work with commercial teams to ensure the logic of data outputs. Qualifications About You You are flexible and easily adapt in a dynamic work environment. You have a proactive attitude, you are self-motivated, and can tell a story using data. Curiosity, communication, and critical thinking drive your work. You are creative in leveraging existing data sources to answer tough questions. You work collaboratively and are part of a remote team within a challenging environment, maintaining high standards. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field is an asset. - 6 months of experience. - Advanced English proficiency. - Experienced with mainframe statistical tools like R, SPSS, or Python, preferred. - Familiarity with Decipher or similar survey programming platforms is an asset. - Knowledge of data processing software (Quantum, Decipher, MRDCL, or others).
