We are recruiting for a talented Junior Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics team based in our Barcelona office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands and right holders in the Sport and Sponsorship industry. Position Responsibilities: • Oversee automation/BI initiative across all projects, optimizing processes for data investigation. • Transform, investigate and evaluate sponsorship data, adhering to methodologies/processes, and create automated reporting for clients. • Complete data management of multiple projects, ensuring the highest quality of data to be shared with clients. • Build datasets through collating data coming from different sources. • Identify, analyze and interpret key performance measures and trends in multidimensional datasets and visualizations. • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, interpretation of data, and the development of recommendations based on findings. What we expect from you: • A keen interest in Sports is highly recommended. • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail. • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Lookup formulas, IF statements, Pivot tables etc.) required. • MS Power BI or Tableau knowledge required. • Power Query, VBA or Python knowledge is beneficial for process automation. • Knowledge of Data Warehouse / SQL (e.g., AWS Redshift) advantageous. • High level of organization and prioritization. • Ability to work under pressure to fulfill delivery deadlines. • Fluent in Spanish and English.
