About the Role

As a Junior Healthcare Data Engineer at Fujitsu, you will:

• Implement data loading processes, ETL, data pipelines, and real-time operations.
• Ensure adherence to data standards and governance within Big Data architectures.
• Create functional documentation and design data procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers using agile methodologies.
• Develop secure applications to leverage data effectively.
• Analyze, evaluate, and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks in data management.
• Master the entire Data Lifecycle, including Data Quality, Transformation, Analysis, and Data Governance.

Candidate Profile

What we expect from you:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in the IT/Consultancy industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, API REST, Bash/Shell script, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Strong foundation in big data technologies like Impala, Hive, HBase, and others.
• Detailed knowledge of database management and ETL processes.
• Relevant certifications such as Cloudera Certified Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, or equivalent will be highly valued.
• Excellent command of both Spanish and English languages.
