Job Description

As a Junior Master Data Specialist within our Operations team, your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product master data, supporting our client's supply chain processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly graduated civil engineer aiming to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Management: Manage and maintain product master data records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GS1 standards. Generate SKU numbers and GTINs for products.

Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and IFS Application Management teams to understand and execute master data needs for supply planning and logistics.

Data Quality: Perform data validation and cleansing activities to ensure consistency and integrity of product data. Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standards.

Documentation and Support: Contribute to the documentation of data processes and workflows. Support integration projects and the implementation of data management tools.

Industry Compliance: Stay updated with healthcare product logistics regulations and standards, ensuring all master data complies with industry-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Package, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a smaller team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and industry-specific standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Operations teams and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data management tools and technologies related to the supply chain is a plus.
