We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Data Analyst to be part of our dynamic Employment portfolio within Service Delivery. This role is instrumental in launching innovative, data-driven employment services designed to help New Zealanders secure fulfilling employment.

  • Leading data-driven strategies in transformative projects
  • Developing innovative solutions to intricate problems
  • Implementing complex data applications into commercial off-the-shelf (COTs) products

Your role will involve:

  • Defining and leading the data approach to projects, understanding stakeholder data needs, and designing integration protocols in line with our enterprise data standards.
  • Working collaboratively within MSD to deliver high-impact solutions that cater to project-specific outcomes.
  • Creating innovative solutions for complex data challenges and communicating these effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven ability to integrate complex data with COTs products.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis within large-scale data warehouse and cloud environments.
  • Expertise in managing ambiguity and applying local and global taxonomies effectively.
  • Commitment to incorporating Te Ao Māori into business-as-usual processes.

Salary Range:

$120,870.00 - $150,416.00
