Your Role: Lead, Data Analytics Operations

As the Data Analytics Operations Lead, you will be pivotal in enhancing our data platform which supports extensive data tooling, infrastructure, and processes. You'll collaborate with multiple teams to propel the analytics platform mission forward and establish the inaugural Analytics Data Operations team at Zocdoc, setting a foundational stone for our future endeavors.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Data Tools Management: From user management (including audits and permissions) to support and administration with tools like Looker, Amplitude, and Collibra.
• Data Warehouse Oversight: Conduct user roles and permission updates, performance, and cost monitoring in Snowflake.
• Project Leadership: Engage in ad-hoc initiatives and support Analytics Platform’s team performance analytics and reportings.

Key Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree and 5-6 years of experience in operations management, inclusive of a leadership role managing teams. Proficiency in data technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, and data visualization tools like Looker is essential. You should possess excellent analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, and a readiness to handle rapidly changing scenarios.
