Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Data Engineer to lead, support, and enhance complex measurement systems and processes in support of annual HEDIS submissions to CMS. This role demands a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in large data ecosystems/warehouses across multiple teams, platforms, and technologies.
• Successful delivery of compliance projects adhering to strict schedules and audits.
• In-depth knowledge of HEDIS and annual reporting schedules.
• Experience working with Health Care Business data and measurements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Warehousing experience.
• Hands-on coding, data analysis, and data mining skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, foresee issues, plan for contingencies, and escalate when needed.
• Experience working with audit processes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $118,450.00 - $236,900.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or annual full-time salary for all positions within this job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, and geography. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
