Machine Learning Operations Engineer - EMEA Remote

About the role: As a Machine Learning Ops Engineer, your main function is to empower our users with a rich feature set, high availability, and impressive performance level. We're looking for someone who brings new ideas, has a distinct and informed perspective, and enjoys collaborating using a progressive, agile and decentralized approach to develop practical solutions and positive user experiences. Objectives of this role: - Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications - Improve the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our software solutions - Measure and optimize system performance, anticipating customer needs, and innovating for continuous improvement - Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications - Oversee the production environment by monitoring availability and considering system health Daily and monthly responsibilities: - Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications for performance tuning and fault finding - Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning - Create systems and services for sustainability through automation and uplift - Balance development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives Stack we use: - Terraform - Kubernetes - Cloud: AWS & GCP - Python and Rust - Frameworks (like transformers, Keras, or PyTorch) and libraries (such as scikit-learn) About you: You'll enjoy working here if you love tech talk, understand the pros and cons of various languages and frameworks, and have GitHub among your favorite bookmarks.
