Expectations

We are searching for a candidate for the role of Manager, Data to lead a team of Data Analysts. Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Gathering information, preparing analyses, and developing analytical products (algorithms, ML models, automations)
• Collaborating with process owners to create optimal solutions
• Contributing significantly to the company’s strategy through analyzing extensive data volumes
• Utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization tools like Looker Studio and Tableau

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL, preferably GCP
• Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Ability to clearly communicate analysis results and recommendations
• Strong project ownership skills, problem identification, and solution proposal
• Effective collaboration skills with various stakeholders
• Team management experience with a focus on team development
• Excellent self-organization and deadline orientation
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
