Job Description

Among the tasks of the Data Analytics Manager will be, among others, the coordination of team members' work, delivering high-quality analytical offer to Clients, product sales, oversight of analytical projects, and conducting meetings with analysis results for Clients.

What will you do?

  • Supervising analytical projects, coordinating the work of team members
  • Providing Yotta clients with a high-quality analytical offer (both creating presentation offers and conducting business meetings as well as selling analytical products)
  • Building a motivated and success-oriented team
  • Coordinating knowledge projects, including projects that are a compilation of existing knowledge
  • Cooperation in the development of analytical methods for measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and the development of tools automating and improving the data analysis process
  • Building the image of Yotta both inside and outside the organization

Qualifications

  • You have a year's experience in an expert or managerial role in the analysis department and two years' experience in creating econometric models, explaining the impact of marketing actions on business results
  • You are team-oriented, focused on building an inspiring and motivating work atmosphere
  • You have the ability to set priorities and high organizational skills
  • You can speak simply about complicated things and create valuable and readable presentations
  • You enjoy presenting, you are communicative and assertive
  • You have programming skills (e.g. R or Python)
  • You have a very good command of English
