- Research and investigate complex datasets, including business ownership structures and ultimate beneficial ownership, sanction links and ship data, becoming an expert in this field
- Monitor and respond to analyst queries from clients, be primarily responsible for ensuring these are processed quickly and effectively and gather client feedback
- Ensure client query service level agreements, data quality KPIs and daily tasks are met and propose ways to improve processes and efficiency within our COACT data quality protocol
- Ensure timely delivery of current Data Quality Programs, providing proactive solutions and processing improvements
- Develop a deep understanding of the diverse client groups and how they depend on our analyses and services
- Control the quality of the research team's output, providing feedback and expertise when required
- Stay updated on emerging market trends and regulatory changes in the risk and compliance landscape, and competitors' advancements in the maritime data market
- If necessary, attend client meetings as an expert together with sales and product management
- Gain complete knowledge of in-house methodology across the maritime data team, and articulate this knowledge in written responses. Senior Credit Analyst APAC Expected July 2023. Information Classification: General
- Promote collaboration and information sharing with other internal data teams, to optimize the quality of our data
Requirements
- Software skills in packages associated with Big Data management (e.g. SQL, Python), data visualization (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) and experience using datasets in natural language processing (NLP) would be beneficial
- At least 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, consultancy, or complex data research. Experience in mapping legal corporate structures and proficiency in using corporate registries would be highly advantageous
