Responsibilities

  • Performing market research and detailed data analysis to support the execution of strategic projects that promote user engagement, revenue growth and profitable partnerships
  • Cooperate with other team members to examine a wide range of strategic business issues and conduct data analysis and modelling, including rivals' study, hypothesis testing, opportunity and impact assessments
  • Define, monitor and record regional KPIs and design and produce the necessary reports, dashboards and other forms of data visualization to communicate actionable intelligence to internal stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making
  • Assisting the Heads of Business Development, Growth and Content in brainstorming, strategizing, developing and refining tactics to generate new revenue streams and commercial opportunities

Requirements

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science, business studies, corporate strategy or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in analytics and/or strategy with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Digital native – solid experience and familiarity with online business and digital technology
  • Team player – collaboratively works with team members across the organization, showing respect for diversity and valuing differences in opinion
  • Analytical thinker - an emphasis on data-driven decision-making
  • Innovator – persistent in seeking to improve the status quo, generating creative solutions to business problems, and willing to take calculated risks to test them early and frequently
  • Experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Deep understanding of modern analytics, reporting and business intelligence tools, including data visualization tools
  • Expertise in storytelling using PowerPoint and combining quantitative insights with qualitative research
  • Strong numerical ability and financial and business case modelling skills
