Position Overview: dormakaba is seeking a Master Data Analyst I based in Nogales, MX. The Master Data Analyst I is responsible for creating and maintaining operational, sales, and manufacturing data within various ERP and Sales database systems. You will work closely with different teams using a ticket request system and handle project work.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Maintenance:

• Participate in a team to create and maintain master data through internal and external team requests.
• Complete requests related to customer, sales, pricing, and discounting data to uphold Service Level Agreements (SLA) with business stakeholders.
• Format and transform data for consistent database loading using transactions.
• Review requests and participate in approval workflows to ensure the highest data quality in business systems.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (at least 90% fluency).
• College degree in Data Management, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in maintaining data with SAP, Salesforce.com, Axapta, or similar ERP software.
• Background in an IT or Customer Service ticket/request environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data cleansing, and Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) methodology.
• Experience with MS Power Automate or other automation tools/methods.

Preferred:

• Experience with JIRA.
