Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Master Data Governance across GNO, including maintaining naming conventions, functional location hierarchy, BOM structure, and process governance
  • Managing material master naming conventions and acting as the site expert user for Sparesfinder
  • Providing ORACLE and Sparesfinder training and support for all site employees, including maintaining ORACLE roles
  • Analyzing data, making recommendations, and driving continuous improvement across the site
  • Updating and reviewing asset bills of materials, removing obsolete items, and ensuring BOMs are updated with equipment modifications
  • Fulfilling Management of Change (MOC) action items related to new asset creation, asset decommissioning, and asset maintenance strategies
  • Using best practices to ensure PM/PdM task intervals are met and optimized, collaborating with subject matter experts to achieve plant reliability targets

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong concentration to ensure accuracy of ORACLE data across the site
  • Effective interaction with management, technical, maintenance, and operations teams
  • Working knowledge of ORACLE EAM, Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and processes
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn new work processes, software, and job responsibilities to support continuous improvement strategies
  • Proficient user of Sparesfinder and material master data strategies
  • General understanding of common industrial equipment: static equipment, rotating equipment, instrumentation, and electrical equipment
