About the Role

The Master Data Analyst will manage, create, and review master data within SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This position plays a critical role in supporting our central master data team through analytics, reporting, and project participation, thereby driving operational excellence throughout Trivium.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and create material master data and related objects including produced materials, spare parts, customers, and vendors based on authorized business requests.
  • Ensure data quality by actively eliminating errors through daily review of MD reports to detect and correct inaccuracies or omissions in SAP.
  • Generate timely data-oriented reports as requested.
  • Execute special projects, such as Data Cleansing, Data Migrations, and Enterprise Program Excellence.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Plants, Procurement, and Sales teams to streamline processes and enhance business understanding.
  • Handle IT-related change requests in systems, ensuring needs are clearly described and followed up on.

Who You Are

  • You possess a degree level qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Data Maintenance or Master Data Management.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to process SAP transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining processes.
  • Experience in a complex, cross-functional, or multinational environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and specific experience in Material or Spare Part Master Data Management is a plus.
