About the Role

As a Master Data / EDM Analyst based at our head office in Mentone / Moorabbin, you’ll ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple enterprise systems. Reporting to the APAC Enterprise Data Management Lead, your role is critical in maintaining our standards and supporting business operations effectively.

What You Will Do:

• Manage master data entry, updates, and maintenance ensuring adherence to data standards and business rules.
• Analyze data integrity and coordinate data maintenance requests to safeguard Business Intelligence solutions.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to validate data and maintain master file accuracy.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Exceptional organisational and communication skills and the capacity to manage high work volumes within strict timelines.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems.
• A background in Accounting or a related field, with relevant tertiary qualifications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
