Key Job Details:

Location: Newark (Hybrid Working)
Business Area: Finance
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (part-time and job share applications welcome)
Salary: Competitive, inclusive of pension and life assurance
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

Role Overview:

As a Master Data Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical master data across various domains including Finance, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Product. This role involves adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and executing tasks within specific SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle requests for creation, updates, or changes to master data in relevant systems.
• Ensure data consistency across all systems, engaging with stakeholders to gather necessary data.
• Participate in audit and internal control support, and manage data-related queries and discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and key internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities based on your role accountabilities.

About You:

Ideally, you should have experience within a Master Data team, excellent knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA, and a good understanding of core finance processes such as O2C, P2P, and R2R. Strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines are essential.
