Purpose of Position

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects across various domains, including direct support for executive leadership initiatives.
• Specialize in areas such as machine learning, statistics, analytics, data visualization, or business finance.
• Develop and deliver precise analyses of operational and business data to support decision-making processes across all management levels, from operational to executive.
• Create and present insightful summaries and presentations to stakeholders, including the CEO and CFO, enhancing strategic decision-making.
• Continuously engage in learning and applying new tools and techniques to deliver optimal results.
• Work autonomously on strategic and tactical business questions, applying creative analytical approaches.
• Mentor and support the development of fellow analysts while leading specialized modeling projects.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Data Analysis.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate are preferred.

Core Competencies and Skills

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques and tools like Python, AWS, and Git/BitBucket.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
