Job Summary:

The People Analytics Data Strategy Lead Consultant will be instrumental in designing and implementing sophisticated data infrastructure and engineering projects to enhance human capital data analytics across Allstate. This remote role offers the chance to develop and optimize large-scale data systems integrating HR, Financial, and other data sources, providing critical support to our leadership and analysts. Through strategic reporting and advanced analytics, you will play a key role in driving workforce planning and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop comprehensive data solutions and warehouse strategies.
  • Execute robust ETL processes across diverse data sources, including API integrations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation mapping data assets and system integrations.
  • Lead in the development of insightful analytical reports and tools for strategic decision-making.
  • Consult and collaborate with internal teams on data analytics and system enhancements.
  • Pioneer new data projects and initiatives, rapidly implementing innovative solutions.
  • Enhance data platforms and pipelines continuously while sharing expertise within the team.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, permanently remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. Eligible for monthly connectivity reimbursement to support your home office needs.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum of five years of experience in data strategy and analytics.
  • Experience can be substituted by an equivalent combination of education and experience where applicable.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge in database development and data management.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data in a clear manner.
  • Expertise in SQL and familiarity with various databases and data storage technologies.
  • In-depth experience with data modeling, transformation, and warehousing.
