Job Description

As a PLM Data Analyst at Syngenta, you will be instrumental in crafting and overseeing Master Data for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Starting with product chemical compositions, your role will expand to encompass various data objects essential for compliant material bills. This position involves:

• Creating and maintaining accurate PLM data.
• Collaborating closely with multi-departmental teams to reflect new product changes in PLM Master Data.
• Developing and managing PLM data workflows, ensuring data quality across different systems.
• Supporting the PLM program by enhancing data processes and quality, identifying gaps, and driving improvements.
• Training new users and communicating updates within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will ensure coordination among Production, Supply Chain, Development, and Regulatory teams to maintain and update PLM data reflecting precise product specifications. Your strategic role will also cover:

• Validation and approval of product chemistry, maintaining data governance.
• Integrating data with upstream R&D and downstream ERP systems.
• Driving quality improvements and reporting on data management effectiveness.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates should have:

• A Master's degree in Chemistry.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in managing PLM data within the Chemical sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and data handling related to chemical products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage across diverse international teams.
