Job Description
We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Power BI Expert to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. As the Power BI Expert, you will take charge of the IAM reporting platform throughout its entire lifespan. You will work closely with our technical team and Power BI experts, provide support, and take on key responsibilities. You will have a crucial part to play in shaping the IAM vision, coordinating with IAM PSOs to develop product strategies according to business needs. Moreover, you will manage business requirements, review backlog, monitor development progress, oversee scheduling and software deployments, and ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines. Your expertise will be instrumental in taking our current product to the next level.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
Required Experience and Knowledge:
- Education: Master’s degree in Management of Business Information Technology, Computing and Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in MS Power BI and MS SQL Server, with a proven record of building Power BI environments for business use.
- Solid understanding of BI data modeling and ETL processes or similar skills.
- Experience in leading agile/scrum product development teams.
- More than 5 years of experience in product ownership for IT applications.
Personality and Working Style:
- Keen team player comfortable in a dynamic environment within an international team, willing to share knowledge and support teammates.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Open-minded and customer-focused in interactions.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to translate customer needs into requirements for design and development purposes.
- Willing to travel when needed.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of German is advantageous.
