About the Role

Our team is responsible for the next generation of data platforms, focusing on scalability and performance. We are looking for passionate and dedicated engineers to help us maintain, develop, and scale our platform. If you are excited about solving complex challenges at scale and delivering high-quality, reliable cloud solutions, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly scalable backend APIs, services, and complex features.
• Understand the entire software stack to help shape the strategic vision of our data platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end engineers, and designers to define product requirements and scope.
• Work with other engineers to deliver high-quality, complex backend features.
• Identify and troubleshoot errors and performance issues in our environment.
• Mentor other engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
• Engage in customer discussions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in developing and maintaining high-availability data pipelines or data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS or other major cloud services.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or other popular programming languages.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale SaaS platforms supporting millions of users.
• Expertise in designing and developing data platform layers.
• Familiarity with micro-services and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elastic Search, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Passion for productivity platforms and enhancing user efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $240,000-$290,000 USD
