Position Overview

As a Technical Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence of our web and app platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing sophisticated tracking and analytics frameworks across digital platforms.
• Leading the development of tracking standards for new feature integrations.
• Utilizing tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4 to provide comprehensive data insights.
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with our best practices in tracking and data governance.
• Acting as a liaison across Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to optimize performance metrics and KPIs.

Through your expertise, you will enhance our data-driven decision-making processes and contribute to our ongoing success and innovation.

Key Challenges

You will tackle several challenges in your role, including:

• Enhancing the data collection mechanisms to cover all aspects of user interaction across platforms.
