Position: Program Manager of AI Governance & Enablement

We are currently seeking a Program Manager of AI Governance & Enablement to lead the development and execution of our AI governance framework. This key role will ensure our AI initiatives are ethical, compliant with regulations, and aligned with business goals, fostering widespread adoption of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an AI governance framework that aligns with business objectives and regulatory standards, including regular progress reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the AI governance with business and customer needs.
• Partner with Learning & Development and Change Management teams to deliver training on AI governance and ethical AI usage.
• Establish a communication plan to ensure partner alignment and organizational awareness of AI governance.
• Implement monitoring processes to ensure AI compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Stay informed on AI technology trends and provide recommendations on their ethical and regulatory implications.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including team leaders, legal, compliance, and data privacy teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Services, Governance, Program/Project Management, or AI/Advanced Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI technologies.
