Role and Responsibilities

As a PS Data Analytics Advisor, you will:

  • Execute timely data uploads and other client requests for assigned sites across all facility modules.
  • Perform deep dives for data quality in key focus areas such as square footage, occupants, business units, and regional residential sites.
  • Act as a Center of Excellence (COE) for respective sites, providing advice and troubleshooting solutions to clients and general users.
  • Develop a network of key users, provide regular training, and consultancy on tool functionalities.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy by performing daily checks and acting as a gatekeeper for data entering the tool.

Additional Responsibilities

In this role, you will also:

  • Address data accuracy issues and escalate as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Seek process improvement opportunities to automate with new tools.
  • Provide visibility on the health of facilities to leadership by tracking data changes.
  • Maintain regular communication with site users about application updates, changes, and downtimes.
  • Promote the use of digital tools and dashboards among users.
  • Create and facilitate business processes for maintaining accurate security access, user profiles, and space information.
  • Act as a backup for secondary sites and share best practices with internal team members.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners and Strategists to align team priorities and actions for assigned sites.

About You: Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum 6.5 CGPA.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of IWMS tools, Nuvolo, AutoCAD, or Autodesk.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau and advanced Excel.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with common software including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
  • Attention to detail and concern for accuracy.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Additional preferred skills include:

  • Technical understanding of Service Now or other IT management tools.
  • Experience in business processes related to Facility Operations.
  • Knowledge of space management tools like AutoCAD Architectural Desktop 2021+.
