HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a dynamic Research and Development Portfolio Manager with extensive technical and operational experience in the C5ISR EW and RF realm. You will be a driving force in a fast-paced environment, working with a motivated team to bridge operational needs with HII’s capabilities.
Design and Implement Business Processes: Develop and manage processes for product R&D portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
Provide Portfolio Analyses and Reports: Deliver crucial product portfolio analyses and reports to support management decision-making.
Lead Teams: Oversee strategy efforts, lifecycle management planning, and success probability assessments.
Support Dynamic Portfolio Management: Play a key role in the portfolio evaluation process and identify operational needs for EW, radar, and sensor systems.
Customer Interaction: Articulate and brief customers on HII capabilities, products, and government contract vehicles.
Drive Initiatives: Lead cross-functional units to create fully integrated strategies.
15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 13 years relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; 10 years relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 19 years relevant experience.
Experience with C5ISR Systems and Sensors, particularly in EW.
Ability to travel 11-25% and operate in field environments.
Active DoD Secret level Clearance.
Knowledge of DoD funding and financial calendar (i.e., Color of Money/PALM cycle).
Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI level Clearance.
