Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager specializing in Active Directory (including Entra) and Servers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and possess the ability to handle various critical tasks such as server performance monitoring, software installs, and developing detailed diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active Directory (including Entra) or VMware vSphere/vCenter (including vswitch settings)
• Server performance monitoring and tuning
• Server software installation
• Create detailed diagrams such as DFD and rack elevations
• Automated Powershell tasks
• DNS / DHCP configurations
• Azure IaaS (server management on Azure)
• Compliance and audit experience
• Basic knowledge of MFT and SFTP (Important for non-senior engineers)

Preferred Skills:

• Linux
• Veeam (must know BCDR methodology)
• SAN Array configuration and connectivity
• Intune
• KMS
• Experience with Citrix VDI

Technical Expertise:

• Hands on experience with Citrix DaaS
• Developing and maintaining backup strategies
• Expert level knowledge in Microsoft InTune, including MDM, application deployment, and Autopilot
• Identity management with Microsoft Entra
• PowerShell expertise focused on Windows Server, Azure AD, and Office 365
• Maintaining and updating documentation and diagrams
• Knowledge of information and data security principles
• ITIL policies and procedures
• Understanding of PKI concepts
• Windows Operating Systems knowledge (Windows 10/11)
• Experience with Windows Server (2012R2 to 2022)
• Group policy and domain trust management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Graduate degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Relevant domain-specific certifications preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with VMware, vSphere/vCenter (including vswitch settings)
• 1-2 years of experience with SAN Array configuration and connectivity
• 1-2 years of experience with Active Directory (including Entra)

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage physical and virtual servers in a large, geographically dispersed environment
• Coordination with external vendors for issue resolution and solution optimization
