Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with a focus on audio signal processing, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in developing Digital Signal Processing algorithms, including specialties such as noise suppression and spectral analysis.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing real-time Machine Learning (ML) based voice processing algorithms for embedded systems or mobile platforms.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: LLM, NLP, ASR, TTS, ML/AI using C, C++, Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in developing Digital Signal Processing algorithms, with a focus on voice processing.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role, driving direction and impactful business outcomes.
• Experience in optimizing algorithms for performance and reduced latency.
• Background in generative AI and speech research, evidenced by first-author publications at prominent AI conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, InterSpeech.
