About the Opportunity: Risk Data Analyst Role

Worldline Merchant Services Italia is looking for a dedicated Risk Data Analyst to join our team as part of the Second Line of Defence Risk. This role focuses on enhancing the risk management framework across the merchant lifecycle, ensuring robust monitoring and control of various merchant risks. You will be collaborating closely with the Chief Risk Officer and Merchant Risk Manager to identify, analyze, and manage risks including credit, fraud, and payment schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and supporting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Risk Assessments using predictive data analysis methodologies.
• Executing and tracking Risk Assessments to help Business Units identify and evaluate operational risks.
• Monitoring internal controls and participating in updates to the Merchant Risk Framework and regulations.
• Assessing risks in new processes, products, and outsourcing initiatives, and contributing to the development of the Risk Appetite Framework.
• Detailed analysis and ongoing monitoring of Merchant Risks.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek visionary individuals ready to make an impact, equipped with a proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow. Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in risk assessment and management of internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and preferably Power BI.
• Fluency in English, with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A detail-oriented approach, capability to manage deadlines, and a strong results focus.
