JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Machine Learning Model Delivery As a Service (ML MDAS) Product Delivery Lead to pioneer advancements in risk management and compliance.

Role Overview

As a pivotal part of our Risk Management and Compliance team, you’ll be instrumental in helping JPMorgan Chase navigate and mitigate emerging risks, ensuring both resilient operations and sustainable growth. Your role focuses on implementing, supporting, and monitoring ML models, deeply engaging with various departments to enhance our risk prediction capabilities and decision-making processes. Strategically positioned within the CCB Risk Data, Analytics, and Technology Organization, your contributions will be crucial in shaping our strategic initiatives and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the intake of new projects, understanding team dynamics and optimizing execution paths.
• Guide the product modeling teams by embodying agile principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assess and prioritize backlogged issues to maximize productivity and address critical challenges.
• Provide actionable insights on collaboration between tech and business teams, driving product excellence.
• Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that products align with user needs and corporate objectives.
• Encourage innovative problem-solving and support a fail-fast culture to enhance learning and development.

What You'll Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or financial services.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate group dynamics and decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and influence across various organizational levels.
• Experience with Objective Key Result (OKR) frameworks, project management, and synthesizing customer needs.

Preferred Experience:

• An advanced degree in a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management within relevant industries.
