Job Description
A Typical Day at Prime Robotics
- Provide support to team members and customers during the project implementation and post-sales stages
- Assist sales teams in demonstrating live demos to potential customers on site
- Monitor and observe the functioning of customer robot fleets to ensure optimal performance
- Be the local contact for resolving warehouse automation problems with the customers as they occur
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime for the customer
- Record operational data and generate reports to track performance
- Work flexible hours in order to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones
- Provide feedback to internal teams about customer needs, product performance, and potential areas for enhancement
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, including dealing with electronics, motors, and cabling, to ensure the ideal functioning of the robot fleet
- Practically work with electromechanical systems in a workshop environment, contributing to the efficient functioning of the robots
- Conduct robot inspections and perform preventive maintenance
- Display soldering expertise when required, maintaining and repairing electronic components
- Show a quick adaptability and an exceptional work ethic, adapting swiftly to emerging challenges
- Must have top-notch attention to detail and be meticulous in all tasks
- Document all robot repairs and keep an inventory of spare parts

- Must have top-notch attention to detail and be meticulous in all tasks
- Document all robot repairs and keep an inventory of spare parts
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently as well as part of a team
- Good driving record and dependable transportation to and from job sites
- Physical strength for this job is essential- you should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel to client sites outside of South Carolina
Nice to have:
- Linux skills
- Prior experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software would be a valuable asset
- Experience in maintaining lithium batteries
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiarity with databases and proficiency in writing mySQL queries

The Salary: $55,000-$90,000
