About the Role

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an SAP Business Partner Data Specialist to join our Data Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and maintenance of business partner master data—such as customers, vendors, and pricing—within our Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP systems. Your contributions will ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable data across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Support MDM and SAP system upgrades, data migrations, and business partner data object integrations.
• Define data design and standards, establish policies, and create procedures for business partner data in SAP.
• Monitor data quality, perform root cause analyses, and drive remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with the MDM team and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage data requests, changes, and periodic maintenance activities related to business partner data.
• Provide guidance on data-related issues, resolve conflicts, and enforce adherence to data policies.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to data stewards and business users.
• Track and report on key data quality metrics for business partner data.
• Stay updated on MDM and data governance best practices.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in SAP data design/migration, data quality management, and master data maintenance roles.
• Strong understanding of business partner data (such as customers, vendors, and pricing) and its organizational importance.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP systems, specifically SAP MM or SAP SD.
• Knowledge of data standards, data quality practices, and data governance principles.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
