About the Role

An exciting opportunity awaits to join the Accounting team at Labelbox. We seek a high-energy, hands-on individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively with internal and external business partners.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Active and hands-on Accounting functions for US and International entities.
• Overseeing the month-end close and financial reporting package.
• Managing revenue recognition through SaaSOptics.
• Handling US SUT filings and corporate income tax requirements in coordination with external tax firms.
• Setting up and managing billing and accounts receivable departments, including daily supervision, hiring, and training.
• Supporting various ad hoc projects as needed.

About You

• Possess at least 8 years of general accounting or related experience within a SaaS-based business model, leveraging global processes in areas such as inter-company, multi-currency consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledgeable in US GAAP accounting practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (Quickbooks Online, SaaSOptics, Avalara Avatax, Brex, Bill.com) preferred.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Excel (including pivot tables and lookups).
• Exceptional organizational, player-coach, and time management skills.
• Commitment to quality and excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, customer service, professionalism, and integrity.
• Capable of multi-tasking and responding promptly to requests.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Comfortable with deadlines and excels in meeting them continuously.

Compensation

Labelbox is committed to ensuring pay parity across the organization and discussing compensation transparently. The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is between $120,000—$160,000 USD. This range does not include potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location.
